I am glad you are here. Let me share a little about myself.
I deeply feel that there is an internal wisdom that we each uniquely hold. I skillfully and compassionately guide clients on the path of their own inner voice and vision. It is here where clients learn to cultivate skills to navigate difficulties and create an authentic and thriving life. I approach my work in a holistic way, meeting clients where they are to explore and discover true change.
I support clients with mood disorders, personality disorders, panic disorders, overcontrolled perfectionism, grief and loss, self-harm, suicidality, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I have worked in both residential and hospital environments, I have served Marin County’s community mental health, and I have counseled in school-based settings providing support and guidance for a range of mental health challenges. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Skidmore College and a M.A. in Holistic Counseling Psychology and Somatic Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma supporting children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families as they courageously lean into what is most challenging. It is here where clients re-discover their own internal compass that will gently guide them to greater meaning, thoughtful awareness, and intentional progress.
